Our services include both on-site and remote support to cater to your specific needs. From our Essex-based helpdesk, we offer remote support from Monday to Friday, utilizing phone, email, and remote desktop facilities.
With a remarkable 97% success rate, we efficiently resolve the majority of support issues remotely, ensuring minimal delays for your business when encountering problems.
Rest assured, we provide a next business day response for on-site support, and for phone and email support requests, our maximum response time is 4 hour. However, it’s worth noting that our average response time is less than 30 minutes, highlighting our commitment to prompt assistance
If required, we also offer out of hours support, subject to an additional cost.
